A typical lombardy farmhouse, with large porticos facing south, restored and transformed into a family residence.
The intervention has involved the renovation and strengthening of the structure, besides the complete replacement of all installations.
It has preserved and emphasised traditional features: the wood frame of the roof, the traditional roof tiling, reused clay cotto floors, the marmorino wall finish.
The choice of classic materials harmonises with especially designed features, such as the iron and stone staircase, the iron door windows opening onto the portico, the cement floor in the attic.
The architectural structure is characterised by the creation of a number of narrow vertical windows with a suggestive view on the surrounding countryside.
