A villa of linear architecture from the nineteen forties, characterised by a pitched roof of german inspiration, has been renovated and enlarged by adding a new tower building.
Renovation has maintained the typical pitched roof, redesigned with a warm cedar wood cover.
The pre-existing structure has been preserved and restored, without altering the openings.
All finishings are sober and elegant: grey fossena stone floors and white walls that harmonise well with the yellow Istria marble deco stairs and the oak hardwood floor of the older building.
The project has used the most advanced technologies: domotic systems to control climatisation, lighting and alarm; solar hot water panels on the roof; an air exchanger that recycles and purifies the air, improving the heater’s efficiency, as well as modern insulation systems with the aim of obtaining the european energy efficiency certification.
