The project of restoration and reuse of the villa in an eclectic style has preserved all the fascination and elegance of single-family villas at the turn of the twentieth century.
The intervention eliminated superfluous additions that accumulated over time. the portico was closed by a lenticular glass wall and inner space layout was reconsidered with respect to the new owners’ wishes.
Clearing the toilets on the landings made it possible to redesign the back façade, installing a door on the garden and a round window to lighten up the stairwell.
Ceilings with painted stucco decorations, antique marble chip floors, doors with original brass handles and front doors have been restored.
Installations have been completely replaced, preserving the original cast iron radiators.
